At Feumotech, SMARTdisplays combine versatility and programmability with the high demands of state-of-the-art fire engines. The SMARTdisplay 870 is used in the cab of the MAN TGM 13.290 tank fire engine and the SCANIA P500 universal fire engine. It is operated via the large, clearly arranged function screen, which can also be selected using soft keys and a multifunction rotary knob. The display is positioned so that both the driver and front passenger can operate the system optimally.
The SMARTdisplay 870 enables quick control of all important functions to ensure safe arrival at the scene of the emergency – such as blue lights, sirens and rear view cameras. Once on site, all relevant systems can also be controlled, including ambient lighting, pumps and generators. In addition, all important measurements can be accessed directly from the driver's cab during the operation.
Two SMARTdisplays 812 are installed in the pump room, clearly displaying all parameters. They control and monitor important functions such as pump pressure, pump outputs, tank levels, fuel content and power supply. Maintenance intervals and error logs can also be conveniently accessed. The large displays with buttons and touchscreen are put to full use, enabling particularly intuitive and redundant operation. If one of the displays fails, the other can take over seamlessly. In the event of a complete failure, all functions can be controlled via the SD870 in the driver's cab. All this is made possible by the latest generation CAN bus, which ensures reliable and fast communication between all systems.
ine besondere Innovation von Feumotech ist das Universallöschfahrzeug SCANIA P500, das neben seinem 4.000-Liter-Wassertank zusätzlich 2.000-Liter-Schaummittel mitführt. Das hoch viskose Löschmittel vaPUREX AR 3/3 F-5 #8342 kann dabei über das SMARTdisplay in Mischverhältnis und Dosierung an jedem Abgang individuell angepasst werden. Diese Lösung ist in dieser Form einzigartig in Europa – eine smarte und effiziente Umsetzung, um für jeden Ernstfall optimal gerüstet zu sein.
